At Gemstar, our goal is to build long-term relationships with our customers and provide a quality product. We can handle all your repair and reconstruction needs, regardless of the size of your project.

Unlike others in our industry, we do not subcontract all of our work. Gemstar employs skilled craftsmen who can handle projects large and small under our direct supervision.

We also maintain strong, long-term relationships with key subcontractors. This allows us the flexibility to deliver your project on time, within budget and to your complete satisfaction every time. In addition, we offer a one-year guarantee on our work.

We are also U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs (TDHCA) approved. We’ve had over 20 years of experience in HUD multifamily reconstruction and we have extensive experience handling all the required paperwork for these projects. We have the financial backing to bond all jobs, whatever the size.
