This tragic fire happened in the heart of Houston. It swept through 2 buildings and over 45 units. Gemstar was onsite to help to secure the area and begin emergency board up procedures. These two buildings had to be demolished soon after due to the extent of the damage. The rebuild included a new dedicated line for the sprinkler system, new elevators and upgraded units.
